Angel M. Hunter is an Essence Bestselling Author, Director, Fitness Instructor and Life Coach. She is the author of “Turned On” (2009), "Sister Girl 2" (2008), "Sister Girl (2006)" "Faking It" (2007), and "Turned Out (2007)" She also co-authored "Around the Way Girl (2004)" and "A Dollar and A Dream (2005). She co-wrote a movie script “Without Fear” (www.withoutfearthemovie.com) that is currently in preproduction. She has directed theatre and produced a short film, an area she wishes to pursue further.

Ms. Hunter is the founder of a non-profit organization called, "The Essence of Self Center". The organization provides self-improvement creative workshops for women and teens. She is also the founder of a lifestyle and fitness program called "SisterFit".
